「Suchmos ASIA TOUR 2020」中国公演 中止のお知らせ

日頃からファンの皆様のサポートに感謝しています。

中国で新型コロナウイルスの感染が拡大していることを受け、お客様とアーティストの健康と安全を最優先に考えた結果、２月７日から２月１１日に予定していた「Suchmos ASIA TOUR 2020」の中国公演の開催を中止する決定を致しました。

なお、振替日程ついては、現在調整中です。
決定次第、アナウンス致します。

また、お手持ちのチケットはご購入いただいたプレイガイド (247 tickets, Modern Sky Now, Damai, Showstart)より下記期間にて全額払い戻しをさせて頂きます。チケット払い戻しに関するお問い合わせはご購入いただいたプレイガイドまでお願い致します。

払い戻し期間：２０２０年２月３日（月）から２０２０年２月２１日（金）まで（※開始時間と終了時間は各プレイガイドにより異なります。）

なるべく早くSuchmosツアーをお届けできるよう尽力致しますので、皆様には引き続きサポートのほど宜しくお願い申し上げます。

Suchmos Live in China 2020 取消决定

谢谢所有乐迷以及观众朋友的支持。鉴于”新型冠状病毒肺炎“疫情的发展事态，本着对观 众和艺人的健康和安全负责的态度，我们最终决定取消原定于 2 月 7 日-11 日举办的 Suchmos Live in China 2020 的三场演出。
与此同时，我们已经在与 Suchmos 经纪团队协商改期的时间，一定尽快再次邀请 Suchmos 来 中国。感谢大家一如既往地支持。
退票工作将于 2 月 3 日启动，并于 15 个工作日之内完成。观众无需任何操作，会由票务平台 (正在现场，大麦，247tickets, 秀动)发起退款流程。如遇问题，请联系购票平台。

让我们万众一心，众志成城打赢这场防疫战 !也提醒大家减少出门，勤洗手，出门带口罩!

Cancellation of Suchmos Live in China 2020”

Thanks to all the fans’/audiences’ support. Given the ongoing situation with coronavirus in China, and as a result of giving top priority to the health and safety of the audiences and artist, we made a decision to cancel the Feb 7 – Feb 11 “Suchmos Live in China 2020”.

The reschedule of Suchmos Live in China is being worked on, and dates will be announced as soon as confirmed.

We will make full refund to all ticket purchasers of “Suchmos Live in China 2020” during the refund period below.
For any questions on ticket refund, please contact respective ticketing agencies (247 tickets, Modern Sky Now, Damai, and Showstart.)

Refund Period: February 3 (Mon) 2020 – February 21 (Fri) 2020 (Start/end time varies by ticket agencies.)

We will make utmost effort to bring Suchmos to China soon, and we ask for your continued support.
